We propose a written scope: hypotheses, tooling, deliverables (reports, patches, or runbooks), and time boxes. Fees are quoted for that scope; broader roadmaps stay optional.

3. Execution

Engineers pair with your team where helpful. Profiling runs are scheduled to avoid peak traffic. Each change ships with a before/after chart or trace diff.

4. Handoff

You receive documentation sufficient for your team to maintain gains: dashboards, alerts, and a short list of risks we could not eliminate within scope.
