What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and message text. We also store a consent preference locally in your browser (see the cookie notice).

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

Purposes and legal bases

We process inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare a consulting scope, and maintain records of commercial correspondence. Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), we rely on your consent when you submit the form and on legitimate interests in managing business inquiries.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal obligation, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact us at the email above. You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) in Thailand.

International transfers

If you contact us from outside Thailand, your data may be processed on systems located in Thailand. We do not sell personal data.

Form handling

Submissions are sent via HTTPS POST to the same-domain endpoint /api/inquiry operated for futurex-relay.digital. Technical errors are logged server-side; they are not shown to visitors beyond a generic failure message.
